This is part one of a film made up of sketches and short films directed and starring Shane Meadows and Paddy Considine, basically them having a bit of a laugh.Shane's world was originally found on disc 2 of the 'Once upon a time in the Midlands' DVD.
For some reason its barely mentioned anywhere else. and is not even credited on Internet Movie Database. Contains the short: 'Maccas Men' and Tank's shooting tips.
