Synopsis:
Set in the small Welsh town of Pen-y-Wig. Local lads Joe and Glenn come across a stranded Jenny in the hills around the village and put emergency petrol into her car. Glenn decided to make a pass at Jenny but takes offence when she ridicules his clumsy advances. As Jenny fights to get away, she trips, cracking her skull and dies instantly. A maniacal Glenn convinces frantic Joe that the only option for them is to bury her deep in the woods and frame a local man known as Tin Man, for a murder he did not commit. 14 later Tin Man is released from prison, at about the same time; there is a new girl in town who bears an eerie uncanny resemblance to the dead Jenny. The villages new Police Sergeant (on a transfer from Cardiff) begins to uncover a web of secrecy that belied the sleepy atmosphere of Pen-y-Wig.
